There is a certain amount of research and reading and gathering of knowledge that simply must go into a successful hCG Diet – there are more aspects to it than your regular “just eat 1000 calories of whatever you want everyday” type diet. So there’s no getting around that, unfortunately – I wish there was! I have seen all too often someone begin the hCG diet without knowledge of the basics and things go downhill pretty quickly because it is a difficult diet – you must understand both the concepts and the rules so you can know what to follow and what deviations are okay- otherwise you will either quit or make choices that cause stalls – which also makes you quit! Not fun.
