If you’re getting the hCG shots or real RX prescription hCG drops, then yes, once the hCG is mixed, it needs to be refrigerated at all times. It comes in the mail in powder form and is stable at room temperature in that form but once mixed, it should go straight to the fridge and come out only for your dosage each day, then go right back. We also like to keep it covered with foil to keep the light out which can also speed the degradation of hCG.
If you have prescription real hCG pellets, these don’t need to be refrigerated, as they are shelf stable in this powder/tablet form.
Homeopathic hCG or Hormone-free drops do not need to be refrigerated.
