With this scenario, the question that comes up most commonly is should one re-load for the diet when transitioning to hCG. The reasoning is that since real hCG hormone wasn’t in your system when loading the first time, maybe it didn’t do what it should have done. To be honest, I’m not sure the answer here.
But here’s a few musings for you to consider in your decision.
Transitioning to real hCG mid-round/cycle:
If it were me in this position, I might consider doing just 1-day load with real hCG. It also might depend on if I had been feeling pretty hungry and miserable on the diet prior to that while still using homeopathic/hormone-free drops. If I had been feeling okay, I might skip loading entirely and just inject the real hCG and continue the very low-calorie diet.
Transitioning to real hCG for next round:
I have had the question as to if you can just start another hCG round, like, right away, and skip Phase 3 and the 6-week break entirely, or maybe do Phase 3 for 3 weeks, but then start a new round right after that.
In my own opinion, I think it’s wise to still take the full break before doing your next cycle of hCG with the real hormone. The reason is that even with real hCG, I believe this diet is still an extreme measure and taxing to your body. Without the hormone, having done the diet for 3-6 weeks, I think even more so your body is likely in a state where it needs a break. A break to normalize and not have a major stressor on it. Otherwise, I think you put yourself at risk for adrenal fatigue, thyroid hormone suppression, and other hormone imbalance.
So if it were me, I’d take the full break, honestly probably even longer, before then doing my next cycle with real hCG. Ultimately, of course, we respect this is your own personal decision.
I hope this helps you decide!
