I am really sorry but reading and gathering your own information is simply a must. There’s no way around it. Even if you find some private coaching with someone, you will still have to read up as they can’t take the time to share every detail of the diet verbally with you- unless you are prepared for a hefty coaching bill! I know it sucks, but that’s the way it is. I encourage you to adjust to that reality if you really want this.
