There are a few ways to document your weight loss journey, and it’s actually really wonderful that you are thinking of ways to do this- not only because it will help others, but it will likely help YOU to stick the diet much more readily as well create a record of things that worked well or didn’t work for you to review for future rounds.
For tracking your stats and how you feel and such in written form, I have my digital hCG workbook here.
For being in touch with others a few options are (or do all!):
- Create a youtube channel to vlog your hCG journey.
- Create an Instagram account specifically for hCG to document on.
- You can also start a free blog pretty easily these days- you can get one for only $4 per month through wordpress.com, and you can get a little bit higher cost one that tends to be even more simple to set up with attractive looks at squarespace.com or Wix.com for a little more like $12 a month.
What I personally liked about using a blog vs. only social media for chronicling my own journey and sharing information is that it also allowed me to create information on targeted topics and easily be able to locate it later and easily link others to it who would ask me questions.
I hope this helps!
