I’m so sorry you’re having a bad time. Have you had a chance to see My detailed article on hCG dosage yet? Is sounds like you likely need to increase your calories at this point- at your level of leanness, there will likely be no dosage that will keep hunger at bay on the 500 calories- HCG apparently works on hunger by stimulating leptin levels which makes you feel full/satiated, and it has been found that HCG can’t really do this as well in leaner people that have little fat stores left.
So the solution in that case is you often have to simply eat more calories- more like 700-800 as needed, using your hunger as your guide- likely being on the lowest dosage of 125ius, and if that doesn’t feel right, I think your body is probably telling you it’s time to stop at least for now. How to add the calories? Adding a third protein portion of 100g, and more veggies or 1 more fruit will likely help with this.
I found I needed to this on my own final round of hCG when I was at your point. But I also found that not every day was the same – some days I needed more calories like 700-800, but other days felt more normal and I only needed the 500. So I just tried to listen to these signals and follow them and take things one day at a time.
You can certainly continue to play with dosage to see if you just haven’t yet found your sweet spot, but often once you have very little to lose like this, this raising of calories is often the solution.
There is of course a better dosing you can be on, even if you don’t find one that completely eliminates hunger on the 500 calories – typically it’s going to be the lowest dose of hCG, which is 125iu for most (unless you are in menopause – in that case, please see my article on dosing hCG in Menopause, Peri-Menopause and Post-Menopause).
I hope that helps!
