Yes you can certainly switch and swap recipes! When it comes to the simplified and original meal plans, there was nothing strategic or calculated in how I laid out the simplified version of P3toLife – I mostly chose dishes from the original meal plan for the simplified plan based on taste/popularity of dish and ease of cooking.
The only thing you that’s good to do when swapping is to consider the overall calories in the meal and try to swap with a recipe that has similar calories- it by no means need to be exact, but just for an example of something you wouldn’t want to do is if you are in week 1 of P3tolife, you wouldn’t want to take a recipe from week 4 and use it instead if the meal had say, 150 more calories than the one you are swapping out. But there are many recipes that are in the same calorie range as each other to choose from.
