I’m doing well. While I don’t do bodyfat tests AS often these days because I live really far from them now so it’s quite an excursion to get one, you can see my most recent one here. It was in October 2017. 16.7% bodyfat, a full 5 years (okay maybe minus 2 weeks) since the finish of my final round of hCG.
I attribute to Crossfit and everything I’ve learned about nutrition that I put into the P3toLife program for being able to maintain this long as this level of bodyfat. I really believe if you have the right tools and logical mental approach you can maintain long term. And keep in mind I have had to make a few small corrections over the years! Usually just a few lbs, but one time I had about 7 lbs to correct in like year 1 or 2, which I did with intermittent fasting. More on that here.
