Original email for context: Can they be injected in one shot or do I still need two shots, one for HCG (subC) and one for MIC (IM)?
First off, I have help hub article that discusses whether IM (intramuscular) shots are necessary for b12 and Lipo as many think they are – ultimately that article has some evidence that this doesn’t matter and that Sub Q is just as effective- which if that’s the case, you have more choices/options for just getting Lipo/B12 put right into your hCG and then taking it all in one shot as a Sub Q daily shot. Please check that out first.
With each online hCG company it’s slightly different- the current layout each has I’ll detail out below, and you can also see my main lipo shot post for a lot more details and help on what people have thought about combining lipo/mic with their hCG protocols. Some some have separate mic/lipo shots from the hCG shot, and some combine.
If you want to use lipo/mic during your hCG round, they have an add on you select while purchasing your hCG, and they will combine all the ingredients into your mixing solution, so that once you add your powdered hCG to the same vial, all you have is 1 vial with all the ingredients of hCG and lipo/mic, and then you just do your 1 daily shot of that with subcutaneous injection.

They also have a separate Lipo shots call Ultraburn – they typically offers these as a Phase 3 add-on, but you could also take them during Phase 2 as a separate shot if you chose. They send Sub Q needles/syringes for this. I believe these shots are not daily- they are either 3 or 5 days a week- I’m so sorry I can’t quite remember at the moment!
Intramuscular (IM) Shots
If you were really wanting to do IM shots, you can still get the above ultraburn and buy IM syringes ala carte through missourimedicalsupplies here. Another company has 1.5” IM in a 50 pack here for $15.99, and then they have 1” IM 50 pack for $11.99. Some local drugstores may carry them, that would depend on the state you live in. I can’t get them that easily where I live!
With Diet Doc, their options are hCG injections alone, hCG injections with b12 in them (so no extra shots there), OR you can lipo shots separately. They don’t have hCG and lipo combined into 1, and at the time of this writing, they DO send you the IM needles with your lipo shots vial.
Lastly, we have:
RiverFront MD – with them they offer both b12 and lipo as add-ons, and if you add them, they are mixed into your hCG mixing solutions, not sent separately, so here again it would be all 1 shot daily (Sub Q) for your hCG and b12/lipo.
