One thing I will say – they are not mandatory for having success on the hCG Diet, but perhaps nice to try IF you have extra funds. I do not believe they provide more weight loss, as I think some might hope, but they appear to make the weight loss happen in a healthier way, ie. helping your liver to metabolize and breakdown the fat you are losing more efficiently/healthfully for less strain on your body.
