Real quick thing, it’s actually usually a good thing if a clinic is going to administer a 125iu dosage over 250iu. 250iu is too high a dosage for the majority of women and causes hunger. Please see my entire post on adjusting dosage.
But outside of that, I do agree that pre-filled syringe is not the best solution because dialing in your dosage, to begin with, is very unique, and even within 1 round of hCG, a person may need to adjust their dose, which is difficult to do with a pre-filled syringe.
