I write a fair amount for dialing in dosage in my detailed hCG dosing article – however, this is mainly targeted to women, and with men it’s actually a bit different.
Men do typically need a slightly higher dosing than women. For instance, we had my dad on 150iu when he did a round once, but he was pretty hungry, and when we raised him to 175iu he felt much better. Looking back when my husband did 1 round, I think he would have felt better on a higher dosing like that as well, we just didn’t know better at the time.
So for men, in general probably a dosing more like 175-225iu may get you to your sweet spot, whereas dosages of 125iu-150iu will not typically be the best dose for no hunger for men.
I think a good starting point for men is probably around 175iu and if still hungry, try raising to 200iu and see how you feel. In some cases you might end up as high as 250iu total.
