Usually, you will notice by the next day if the dose you have adjusted to is much better for you. But if it’s still not really in the ballpark, you’ll still be hungry. Be sure to check my whole hCG dosage post to truly help you.
Examples to help you:
EXAMPLE 1: You were on 200iu, (and your ideal dosage is 125iu but you don’t know that yet). You move from 200iu to 175iu the next day. You probably won’t feel better yet- this is too far from 125iu still – continue reducing.
EXAMPLE 2: You are on 150iu (your ideal dosage is 125iu) – you move to 125ius the next day- you will likely feel much better that day.
EXAMPLE 3: You are on 200iu (your ideal dosage is 175iu) You drop to 125iu. You will likely still be hungry because you bypassed your ideal dosage too far.
EXAMPLE 4: You are on 250iu (your ideal dosage is 125iu) you drop it to 125iu. You MAY take a little longer than the average person to notice the change until this much higher dosing from the day before gets out of your system. This might take a little more than a day.
Keep in mind! These are just pretend examples and there is really no way I can give you exact days or hours to feeling better but what I CAN tell you is this: MOST people are able to find a dosage that they feel quite comfortable on this diet with – so please don’t give up if you haven’t found it yet!
