This is a common question since we all understand that cheating with the hCG hormone in our system seems to cause more damage on the scale than eating the same number of calories without hCG.
I think skipping the hCG 1 day could be fine- the only thing I’m not sure about is if you would experience a little more hunger on your following “fix-it” day by not injecting or taking drops. At the same time, since the cheat already happened with hCG in your system, taking additional hCG some hours later may not really change anything for the worse, in which case taking the hCG may be good to make sure your hunger levels stay intact so you can stick to the diet the following day. It’s kind of a toss-up and hard to say.
