Part of original email for context: I loaded Saturday and Sunday. I cheated with dinner yesterday (when I got home from work there was leftover pasta and I should have said no but I didn’t) but did not eat more than 600 calories. Today I cheated and ate half a donut. I am so upset! I do not know why my will power is so easily gone. I will continue today with protocol but have I ruined my ability to lose weight over the next 40 days??
You have absolutely not ruined your future weight loss girl! Just get that right out of your head this minute! ;). Your cheats are actually pretty minor. And while this may cause a short stall of a day or two, or possibly a small gain, you will be back to normal weight loss in no time.
