While dessert is definitely not the focus, I’ll show you what we have that either is dessert or can be considered dessert by many.
Some pics below of all these dishes! That said though I want to make one thing clear – we had to be very creative in making these recipes – these are not your typical Keto-style super high-fat decadent desserts. Why not you ask? Because this would require the dishes be very high calorie as well- which means that unless you were happy with only 2 bites, it would not fit into the framework of a successful P3 stabilization. I too remember patrolling Pinterest looking for all the low-carb desserts heavy on the almond flour and whipping cream. And while they are low carb, this doesn’t mean these work for stabilization or maintenance. Overall calories do have to be considered. I have a demonstration where I show you the calorie differences between a P3toLife dessert and a somewhat similar Pinterest low carb dessert where you can see for yourself: P3toLife vs Pinterest Duel #1 – Low Carb Desserts
And as always you can learn more about the P3tolife Program here!
We have a few entertaining menus with P3-friendly desserts – one is a chocolate cake! This is what my VA Li-An says about that recipe, “I am a big fan of the chocolate cake in p3tolife, even my kids love it.”
There is also a Mint Chip Chocolate Ice-Cream Cake:
And a Spiced Apple Cake:
Those are the truly on-purpose dessert recipes. There are a few other breakfast items that I personally think work as a dessert as well – the mug muffins especially, with the added benefit that if you want something desserty, you can whip these up very quickly!
