When you need to tweak your dosage but in the meantime, you are going stark raving mad from hunger what do you do?
My advice is to increase P2 veggies and protein as necessary so you don’t have an out and out cheat. Also because I have found when my dosage was off, my blood sugar was affected too and was too low – so having more food in those moments was a true bodily need- don’t ignore that.
