Original email for context: I’m completely fatigued on P2 – I have been exercising and gradually increased my calories to compensate up to an extra 500 calories per day. I did great the first 10 days, but it’s been really bad the past 5 days. I’m having all kinds of issues this round that I NEVER had in previous rounds. Why?
My first suggestion would be to try eliminating all exercise first and see how your body responds. Even eating 900 or 1000 calories a day, if your workouts are intense, is just not really enough for most women’s bodies to handle well- this can cause fatigue and your body rebelling to preserve itself and its energy.
Recently, there was a lady who emailed us and she has been stuck and getting rid of the exercise actually helped her. Like you, she did not want to stop her workouts but unfortunately, it was her only way out. I think you’ll find my detailed post on exercise during hCG helpful.
