NOTE: The same lady who emailed us about this topic of added calories while she was exercising on phase 2, emailed us again later to say she was completely fatigued and no longer losing well at all – this all goes back to my overall advice about exercise in P2 for many women- ultimately it seems to backfire and cause adrenal fatigue because of asking too much of your body at one time.
