Original email for context: This is my 4th time using hCG. The 1st two times I did great 189 lbs to 136 lbs. But I didn’t follow “life” protocol. I’m at it again. I was doing awesome. Until my daughters birthday she wanted Alfredo for dinner, of course I had to taste test to see if it was good (from scratch). I have been cheating a little here and there since. Even more so now, I have even given into fast food a few times and justify at least I got water… I’m a mess. I loved how I started out I felt great, I felt focused, I felt I had energy, now I can’t focus, have no energy, and I’m hungry and craving sweets and food all day and night. I decided I would do the 40 days to try to lose more and make up for my mishaps. But I’m so hungry and tired and I even went up on my dosage from 20 to 23. Any suggestions? I see you have other alternatives. I’d be interested in the 800 cal. With more options. But scared to try because all I know is the original version.
A couple suggestions for ya:
There are many ladies doing the 800 calorie protocol and for some, like possibly yourself, this may be the wise approach if you are just having too much trouble sticking to the 500. It seems like your dosage is off, and I see that you did attempt to change it, but what many people don’t know is that increasing is the dose is often not the solution- both too high and too low a dose can cause the same feeling of hunger – in your case it seems like may need to actually reduce your dosing. You may have made it temporarily worse by increasing. Please see my hCG dosage guide to help you with this. Most people find their sweet spot between 125-175iu, whereas it sounds like you started at 200iu and then increased it to 230iu, which is very likely to be too much. That could be half or all of your problem right there girl! It’s possible that if you get your dosage better dialed in, a lot of your current difficulty mentally with the diet will go away.
Also, for trying to feel “fresh” again on the diet as far as cravings go, I have a method for getting over cheats quickly that might help you reset.
