Using coconut oil is actually not part of what’s allowed in the original Dr. Simeons protocol, while things containing mineral oil are okay.
Coconut oil whether ingesting or putting on your skin, is allowable on alternate protocols for those who feel comfortable utilizing a fat like this on P2.
