Yes, that would be fine. Some people intentionally skips 1 shot once a week as for long rounds that’s what Dr. Simeons had his patients do- the hCG stays in your system for 72 hours, so it should carry you through just fine. Some might feel a little hungrier than usual the night of their skip day, but others feel just fine as if nothing was different.
