Leg cramps are a common complaint with hCG ladies – from my research the cause is usually an electrolyte imbalance. What happens is when you lose a fair amount of water weight at the beginning of a diet like this, it can throw off the balance of electrolytes that are important for you.
I found a good video that breaks down the common imbalances. He mentioned that typically leg cramps could be low calcium or potassium. But honestly from what I found in various places, being too low in any of these main electrolytes – potassium, magnesium, sodium, and calcium. The best fix for this is to utilize an electrolyte powder- these are all sugar free so are okay for P2:
