I think the main thing to me is the rounds being far enough apart. I feel like the metabolic and hormonal harm starts coming in to play when ladies either do super long rounds or lots of rounds practically back to back with not much of a break. But I know gals who do 1 short round every single year – it’s how they keep on top of it – 3 weeks a year to do a cleanse out of 52 weeks? Sounds like a super reasonable thing to me. I think the hCG diet as great as it is, is still an extreme measure, so again it’s the frequency that it’s done that seems to me where the problems can begin.
