Yes, as long as the milk substitute is unsweetened, and like you said you account for the calories, this should be perfectly fine! Additionally, there is a fair number of P3toLife members who initially lose weight on the program the first 2 weeks, so after gauging how your body responds the first few days of the program, it’s possible you may be able to include the 8 oz of pea milk on top of the calories of the program without a problem.
