Original email for context: I started loading today and I am so full I can’t eat another bite. Do I have to keep eating?
I have had:
- Bacon, eggs and avocado
- Roast beef, potatoes, bread
- Chocolate cake
- 2 cups of coffee with butter in it
Personally, I would stop when I can’t take it anymore or else you may end up throwing them all up and that defeats the purpose of it.
