Many ladies found clean loading to be beneficial in many ways. This would definitely work great if you’re gluten intolerant. It is explained here: Clean Loading for the hCG Diet
Just avoid whatever you’re not allowed to eat and focus on fatty foods – as you’ll see, outside of some dairy foods, just about everything else when it comes to suggestions for clean loading should fit within what you can eat.
If you want to load the regular way where you don’t try to keep it “clean” I’m sure there’s plenty of gluten free treats and goodies you can find and many desserts made with coconut flour, coconut cream, almond flour and the like these days- just google “gluten free dairy free dessert recipes”.
