The P3tolife Program is designed in 1 set way in the sense that there is 1 meal plan only. If you are pescetarian you’d have to basically sub out all the beef/chicken/turkey/pork dishes with some sort of seafood. This is probably quite possible honestly, but that’s up to you if you feel comfortable with that- this is a high protein plan, so you would definitely be eating a fair amount of seafood on the P3 program- I’m not sure if that’s how you usually eat or not. So like if the meal had a porkchop listed, you could do a serving of salmon of the same oz., or if the dish called for chicken you could probably use a white fish filet.
But some dishes, like there’s a chili in week 1 of Phase 3, I’m not sure what you might use in that case? Perhaps some white fish or shrimp added towards the end of the cooking. We do some seafood in some recipes as well, but again you’d be doing a fair amount of meat substitution.
If you decided to try it, I’d definitely stick with the original meal plan and not the simplified plan, as the simplified plan does batch cooking and eating of same meals for multiple days, and we all know seafood does not keep long.
I hope this helps you decide!
