Are you able to do dairy products okay? If so, I’d substitute heavy cream in same amount. That’s my first suggestion. Even though we don’t introduce dairy outside of butter until week 3, it has more to do with how calorie dense most dairy products are than anything else, so if you are just substituting the same number of calories – swapping the coconut cream and heavy cream, you should be just fine!
