Actually, yes! The modules and the recipes in the P3toLife program are very easy to follow and to do. I don’t have 4 kids, I only have 2, but what I did is I cook them up in batches and stored in the fridge or freezer 🙂 Actually, my kids love the food too that I sometimes have to double or triple the recipe so they can eat, too! The program also has a DIY module – I found this very useful during my 1st round when I was away traveling while on P3. Don’t freak out! If you do p3 correctly, there’s no way you will gain back those lbs! 🙂

After having now a total of over 2,000 members in P3toLife, I have come to see our perceptions of what is doable when it comes to cooking really varies. So honestly, some feel this is super doable (and you can utilize my simplified plan for less cooking and doing batch cooking), but others do feel it’s just too much for them and that they are too busy for what the plan entails. I do offer refunds, so you can always try it out and see how it goes for you. I hope that helps!
