Actually regarding partners and family members – most families just feed their family the P3tolife meals and they end up loving it. The only adjustments they might typically make is to feed their hubbies a larger serving (so like tripling a recipe for 2 for instance and you might have a little left over that way depending) and/or they might cook up an actual “carb” for the family like rice/potatoes to go alongside that P3tolife meal. For instance, the fish taco bowl – the rest of the family could eat theirs taco style in tortillas.
