Nope! You are ingesting lots of fats on the loading days on purpose anyway during those 2 days, so a little more in your makeup and skincare products aren’t a concern at this time. It’s just once you start P2 that you want to be a little more careful. You can see my posts on loading here, including a special article on why you might want to do what I call a “clean load.”
Also many questions do come up about how many products they truly need to be cautious with- I myself am a bit in the middle- I feel it’s good to be careful about a couple main items, but I dont’ worry about the rest- you can see that post here:
