Original email for context: Reintroducing oil back into my skincare regime. Of course I have eliminated all oils for P2, but now, I wonder if I need to be cautious about bringing them back in P3. I wanted to know if you have any ideas on how/when I can safely reintroduce it; and would it be counted in daily calories/fat??
Re the body lotion – as far as I understand it anyway, it’s only while with Hcg in our system that our body is sensitive to fat, so once that’s out of your body after the 72 hours I don’t think there should be concern there over regular lotion use again.
So once that Hcg is gone hopefully your body would be interacting in the normal way with topical stuff again. Which means that this would not count towards calories or fat for your dietary intake at all. Of course if you want to be totally safe I suppose you could use it sparingly at first. That won’t hurt! But I have never had this brought to my attention as a possible issue, so I think you are safe to use your products again on day 1 of P3, after you’ve completed your 72 hours transition off hCG period.
