Thinking I can do the high calorie loading days on Tuesday and Wednesday but I read exercise can change your metabolism? Should I begin when I get back as I was thinking of starting your pre-load days with low carb diet now until – Thursday whereas I’ll be back from the trip.
In this case, I really think it’s up to you. Even if you walk a lot, it’s pretty easy to eat an excess of calories for loading especially when you are eating higher fat restaurant type meals. So I don’t personally think the walking around will negate things for you for loading. That said, I do think that clean loading for the hCG Diet really helps mentally and prevents chaos the first couple weeks of P2, and clean loading seems best done while at home when you can eat super clean. The other thing is, when you are Disney, you might not want to be distracted by being sure you get enough food to eat if you end up racing around to get all the rides in! But it’s up to you, I really don’t think it will hurt to load on those days.
