You can substitute the other breakfast recipes from the program that doesn’t contain eggs.
Or you can make a larger portion of any P3tolife meals, you could potentially eat a smaller portion of that to more closely equal the calories for the P3tolife designated breakfasts. That’s one idea so that it wouldn’t be additional cooking but instead making larger batches of what you are already making- in many cases, having a 1/2 or 1/3 serving should be about right.
