You may already know this, but just in case, protein shakes and powders are AP – meaning an alternate hCG protocol- not original – I’m not against them just want to make sure you know that. And also the following shakes are good for BOTH P2 and P3 – they have very little fat, sugar-free, and either unflavored or stevia-sweetened.
My personal favorite brand of protein powders are Julian Bakery products – they have egg white protein, beef protein (surprisingly this does NOT taste like beef! It just tastes like chocolate protein powder, crazy weird)

Tera’s Organic Whey- unsweetened
Raw Grassfed Whey – unflavored/unsweetened – good reviews
VEGAN BRANDS(even if not vegan, these are great)
Sunwarrior Classic Plus – Sprouted Fermented Rice Protein – this is one of my favorites in the vegan space because it’s raw, it’s sprouted, and fermented – just all this healthy stuff!
Pegan Thin – Vanilla cinnamon flavor
Pegan Thin – Chocolate
Pegan Protein – unflavored (sometimes unflavored is nice so you can whip up any P2 protein smoothie recipe you want.
There are of course a MILLION good brands but there’s just a few.
