The original hCG Diet by Dr. Simeons didn’t have a specific meal plan per se with recipes, however, this can certainly be made once you have the basic food rules for the diet.
We will put together a couple meal plan ideas for P2 for you – when they are ready we’ll let you know!
The original diet has it laid out this way:
Twice a day (but the food items CAN be spread out throughout the day- you do not have to eat all items at once in each of the 2 meals):
From the approved list (here):
- 100g by weight protein serving
- 1 vegetable
- 1 fruit
- 1 grissini breadstick or melba toast
This is twice per day you have the above. Again you can also spread the items and have say, your fruit serving from lunch for breakfast instead.
You were also allowed things like coffee and tea, sugar free sweetener okay, and a few little items like 1 tbsp of milk and ½ juice of lemon per day. Spices and herbs are okay to use.
