Original question for context: Your P2 hcgchicarecipes show the amount of calories per serving, but is the recipe shown considered one serving or more? In other words, if I make the recipe as shown can I eat the whole thing or do I need to figure out how much one serving would be?

To see how many servings the recipe makes for the listed amount of ingredients please see the little area near the top of each recipe that says servings – it is reflecting how many servings that amount serves, and it can be changed and the recipe will automatically update for you!
