If they have no added sugar, I feel like I would personally be okay with consuming them on P2. And you can always leave them out a few days and see if your weight loss is different. Or if you do find yourself running into a stall, remove them to check. But my gut feeling is they are okay – I rarely find packages of tea like this that have calories listed, and when they do they say zero or 5, so it seems like it’s negligible.

Kona Oolong – with pineapple, papaya, citrus peel and pineapple flavoring
Tealyra – Hibiscus and Berries
Elderberry Tea – organic- unbleached tea bags – this is one of my FAVORITE teas. We had it on our anniversary vacation a couple years ago and the berry taste is divine. Plus: calories say ZERO.
