Yep! This is listed in Dr. Simeon’s original hCG protocol as being an allowable protein serving in place of meat. It’s 100 grams/3.5 oz fat free plain cottage cheese (use a kind without weird starchy/sugary additives) – it was intended to be an occasional meat/protein replacement, not a frequent daily one though. The quality of protein vs meat protein doesn’t seem to be as good.
