Yes, miracle noodles are OK but would like to add that just like any other modifications, not all people are okay with it. One thing to note though is that because they are very bulky and they also soak up liquid, the noodles could give the appearance of a stall or weight gain at first, just from having more volume of material in your intestines when you initially add them- but it should be noted that this doesn’t mean at all that it’s stopping your actual fat loss.
