It’s not that it is really not allowed, many hCGers use various fibers like pysllium husk, glucomannan, etc during hCG and they don’t have problems with it. The only thing is this fiber is not on the original Dr. Simeon’s protocol and some people gain from it (we all know that fiber holds water and this could also be the reason why people stall or gain). If you’re unable to release all those fibers due to insufficient water intake, it would definitely make you stall.
Having said that, many people doing hCG still use fiber supplements (esp to fight constipation, but make sure to drink MORE water, and find no problem with it. I suggest you can try and observe if it will work for you or not?
