You know to be perfectly honest, I wasn’t a super organized health nut just yet when I started hCG so I didn’t take vitamins or anything like that at the time. The good news is I obviously did pretty well without all that!
B12
As far as the other hCGers I’ve been in touch with, the one common one that many people take on hCG is b12.
Here’s one I take:
- Pure Encapsulations B12 – methylcobalamin – 5,000mcg per dropper liquid
- B12 Methyl Lozenge – 5,000mcg
PROBIOTICS
Probiotics for constipation. I just recalled I took those as well in higher dosages for constipation, and that was fine for me on P2.
This is the one I use and a more affordable option below it:
- Innate Response – clinical strength probiotic
- Hyperbiotics
NATURAL SLEEP AID
OOOOhhhh I did just remember 1 supplement I took my final round when I was having trouble sleeping – it even had a little oil in it- but I needed it because I NEEDED to sleep – this supplement was fine and I don’t feel it hurt my weight loss. In case you were wondering its phosphatidylserine – it regulates cortisol levels so that if high cortisol is the reason you can’t sleep, it fixes that pretty much instantly. Highly recommend if you have that problem!
These days I do take quite a number of things for my Lyme and Hashimoto’s, but I can’t, of course, tell you how it would play with P2 since I haven’t used them together.
In general, it seems like most supplements wouldn’t be much of an issue.
