You can purchase just lipo or mic from both Nu Image Medical and DietDoc.
With Nu Image Medical, just click enroll, then scroll down and skip the hCG section and then just tick the Ultraburn shots option – these are lipo with all the regular lipo ingredients including b12 – you’ll see you can buy them ala carte that way.
