This partly depends on how you want to load for the diet – there’s 2 basic ways:
1. Regular way – this includes eating whatever you feel like- cake, cookies, ice-cream, nachos, whatever.
2. Clean Loading – this method involves removing all sugars and almost all carbs from the process and focusing purely on high fats and protein with a few very low carb veggies. I personally highly favor this method as it helped me to get rid of my cravings so that I didn’t have such a hard time the first week on the hCG diet. Additionally this method usually results in less of a loading gain which I typically was able to lose after just 1 day on the 500 calorie diet.

If you load the regular way, you can basically just eat whatever you want, although you still want to focus on foods higher in fat content. I wouldn’t personally eat so much that you feel sick, but do try to eat more than you normally would. If you load clean, you will utilize high fat recipes that don’t have sugar or grain – Keto recipes would be excellent for this.

This is not a time to worry about having too many calories. Again, don’t make yourself sick, but the goal is to eat high calorie on purpose.
