Original email for context: I just figured out that I accidentally ate sugar on Phase 3. A little over a week into p3, I started using coconut milk. I drank a few cups making hot chocolate with it with Stevia. I just say that it has cane syrup. I have attached a pic of the ingredients and nutritional information. My question is, should I do p3 over? I did 6 weeks of p2, lost 25 lbs. I was planning to go back to p2 after another 3 weeks of p4. But do you think I should do p3 again instead of p4?
Oops hehe! That’s okay. It looks like there’s about 1.5 tsp of sugar or so each 1 cup of that coconut milk (4g per tsp – 6 grams of sugar listed on label per cup). That’s not too bad really. I mean I wouldn’t purposefully consume that in drink form, but for not knowing, it’s not really a big blunder.
I think you will be fine honestly- I doubt there is any need to start P3 over. Just continue P3 until you are done with it, and as long as your weight seems pretty stable, you can probably move to Phase 4.
