Some ladies did continue with it – typically many women leave some fruit in, but not the grissini since it’s a grain and the standard protocol for P3 is no grain. Since the calories raise in P3, you want to be more careful how to utilize the carbs you do eat – it’s usually better to save your carbs/calories for other veggies and P3 allowed foods.
