I forgot to take my hCG 2 days in a row, what should I do?

Just move on and take your hCG today. We can’t rewind and redo it anymore, so best not to worry about it. hCG does stay in your system for 72 hours, and since we do purposeful skip days and on your period you are supposed to skip a few days, it’s not the end of the world. It just means you were on the diet with a little less hCG circulating in your system for a couple of days, no biggie!
