We’re very sorry but we are not really equipped to provide medical advice on a question like this when it comes to medications & hCG. I think it’s best in a case like this to consult with your prescribing doctor on potential contraindications and such. When you have stronger medications you are on and doing hCG, it’s more important to be monitored by a doctor as losing weight and eating little on the diet can greatly change the state of your body, which means that often time, unless a dosage change is made in the medication, it could cause some real problems for you.
That said, I encourage you to pursue speaking with the doctor about it, because getting to a normal healthy weight could potentially go a long way in normalizing your blood pressure for the long term!
