When the hCG comes unmixed, it’s fine even at room temperature for quite awhile as it’s shelf stable in that form. There will be an expiration date listed on your vial of hCG – usually 2-4 months out or so, and you wouldn’t want to be using it after that period of time. – there will be an expiration on your vial, most likely a few months out.Technically speaking, you wouldn’t want to use the hCG at all past the expiration date listed on the vial. This doesn’t mean that it wouldn’t have good potency at this point, as honestly it likely would, but the expiration date comes from how far out the lab testing was done as far as ensuring no bacteria growth and stuff. It’s possible it’s safe past that that point but hasn’t been tested for such. So obviously this is not recommended, but I just wanted to explain the reason for the expiry date since many of us are aware that overseas hCG we used to get sometimes had a 1-2 year expiry date. It may be fine, they just can’t guarantee the safety past that point legally,.
I hope this helps!
